2026 European Youth Championships is the premier European target archery championship for Under 18 and Under 21 athletes, taking place in Rome, Italy from 19 to 26 July 2026. Organized by the Rome 2026 Local Organising Committee under the auspices of World Archery Europe and FITARCO, the event brings together the best young recurve, compound and barebow archers from across Europe.
The championships feature qualification rounds, individual eliminations, team competitions, mixed team events and medal finals. Athletes compete in U18 and U21 categories, with a maximum of three athletes per country in each category.
Competition schedule:
- 19 July 2026: Arrival of delegations and unofficial practice
- 20 July 2026: Opening ceremony, official practice and equipment inspection
- 21 July 2026: Qualification rounds for U18 and U21
- 22 July 2026: Mixed Team competitions and awarding
- 23 July 2026: Individual eliminations to semifinals
- 24 July 2026: Team eliminations and finals
- 25 July 2026: Individual finals, closing ceremony and disco party
- 26 July 2026: Departure of delegations
The qualification and practice venue is located at Roma Capitol Village, Via di Castel Fusano 195, Rome. The finals are planned at Stadio Nando Martellini near the Baths of Caracalla in the historic center of Rome.

- Athlete: 200 €
- Team Manager: 100 €
- Coach: 100 €
- Medical staff: 100 €
- Teams: 125 € per team
Registration is managed exclusively through the World Archery Online Registration System (WAREOS). Final entry deadline is 1 July 2026.
