CEC Round 5 – Austria

CENTRAL EUROPEAN CUP 2026 – 5th Leg is an international target archery competition taking place in Vienna, Austria on 23 August 2026. Organized by AC Sagittarius Union Bogensport Wien together with the Austrian Archery Federation, this prestigious Central European Cup tournament welcomes archers from across Europe for a full day of qualification rounds, elimination matches and medal finals under World Archery, CEC and Archery Austria rules.

The event will be hosted in Wien, Austria at Dragoungasse / Jedlersdorferstrasse 121, 1210 Wien. The competition format includes a 72-arrow qualification round followed by elimination rounds and finals. A maximum of 16 archers per category advance into the elimination phase.

This outdoor target archery tournament is open to the following divisions:
- Olympic Recurve
- Compound
- Barebow

Age categories:
- U18
- U21
- General category

Competition schedule:
- 08:30–09:15 Accreditation
- 09:30 Opening ceremony and team captains meeting
- 09:30–10:00 Official practice and equipment inspection
- 10:00 Qualification rounds begin
- Lunch break after qualification
- Elimination rounds immediately after practice ends
- 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 finals and medal matches
- Medal ceremony after finals

The tournament follows all current World Archery, Central European Cup and Austrian Archery Federation regulations. Athletes are required to wear national team or club uniforms during the competition.

Doping controls may be conducted by NADA Austria during the event. Competitors are individually responsible for compliance with anti-doping regulations.
