About
Kemin Kierros 2026 is a national target archery tournament held on 27 June 2026 in Kemi, Finland. Organized by Pohjan Jousi ry under the sanction of the Finnish Archery Association (SJAL), the event features the classic FITA 1440 Round, one of the most traditional and demanding outdoor target archery formats.
The competition takes place at Ristikankaan jousiammuntarata in Kemi and is open to all SJAL target archery categories, including para archery divisions and team events.
Competition format:
- FITA 1440 Round (144 arrows)
- Four distances according to division and age class
- The two shortest distances are shot in ends of three arrows on spot target faces
- Team competition for registered pairs and teams
Schedule:
- 09:00 Equipment inspection
- 09:30 Official practice (3 ends)
- Competition begins immediately after practice
Official practice is conducted only at the longest competition distance.
Entry fees:
- Adults: 30 €
- Juniors: 20 €
Entry fees are payable on site.
